Practice is explored through the eight limbs of yoga to best meet your current needs. The intention is to encourage embodiment, through nervous system regulation, with an emphasis placed on trauma informed care and compassion. Support will be shared with awareness of any injuries and personal preferences.

Depending on comfort level and goals, asana (movement), pranayama (breath), dyana (meditation) and svadhyaya (reflection) will be focused on and combined. You can expect warmth, non judgement, acceptance, skilled experience and knowledge from your certified therapist.

Beginners are welcome and encouraged.
Individual and group sessions are offered.
