Each Weave session is a one-on-one, virtual offering where you’re invited to choose the modality that best supports you: astrology, Reiki, or yoga therapy. Whether you’re seeking energetic balance, cosmic insight, or somatic restoration, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Rooted in care, curiosity, and trauma-informed practice, each session is an intentional container to explore your inner landscape and connect with your own wisdom.

A Space to Soften, Explore, and Reweave

Together, we co-create a space that is gentle, intuitive, and deeply personalized. Depending on your chosen path, your session may include movement, breathwork, meditation, conversation, energy work, or symbolic reflection. Each experience is supported by ritual, presence, and the understanding that healing is non-linear. You are welcome just as you are—these sessions are here to help you feel held, resourced, and more at home in your body and spirit.


Yoga Therapy

Practice is explored through the eight limbs of yoga to best meet your current needs. The intention is to encourage embodiment, through nervous system regulation, with an emphasis placed on trauma informed care and compassion. Practice is explored through the eight limbs of yoga to best meet your current needs. The intention is to encourage embodiment, through nervous system regulation, with an emphasis placed on trauma informed care and compassion. Support will be shared with awareness of any injuries and personal preferences.

Depending on comfort level and goals, asana (movement), pranayama (breath), dyana (meditation) and svadhyaya (reflection) will be focused on and combined. You can expect warmth, non judgement, acceptance, skilled experience and knowledge from your certified therapist.

Beginners are welcome and encouraged.
Individual and group sessions are offered.
